Already have a lesson package?
Sign in to the account used for the purchase. Choose the same area and session length: Focus 60, Core 90 or Mastery 120. Book each lesson separately and check that your package credit is applied before confirming. If payment is requested again, contact the office before paying.
How cancelling works
- You can cancel a lesson here up to 24 hours before it starts. Later than that, the lesson counts as used.
- A lesson from a package goes back into your package automatically.
- For a single paid lesson, tell us whether you'd like a refund or a credit for your next lesson: call or text 604-701-9036, or email info@rightofway.net.
- To use a credit, book your next lesson, choose a payment method but don't pay, and confirm. Then tell us within 24 hours which lesson you cancelled and which new lesson the credit is for. Without that message the unpaid booking is cancelled automatically after 24 hours.
